   1.2.5 The in-situ temperature regulator shall meet the following standards:


  ①The performance of the instrument should be that the maximum error of temperature measurement does not exceed ±{{0}}.5 percent of full scale, and the insensitive area does not exceed ±0.1 percent of full scale.


  ②The regulator should have three functions: proportional, proportional plus integral, proportional plus integral plus derivative, and have additional functions such as anti-integral saturation, automatic/manual conversion without disturbance switch, and output display.


  ③The regulator range should be selected as far as possible so that the normal operating temperature is within one third of the middle of the full range, and the migration range with the narrowest scale practicable should be adopted.


   1.2.6 For remote temperature measurement, an integral temperature transmitter should be used, and the temperature measurement element is a thermocouple (TC) or thermal resistance (R TD ). The accuracy is ±0.1 percent .


   1.2.7 The complete supply range of thermocouple and thermal resistance is as follows:


  ①Thermocouple or thermal resistance element, including the junction box;


  ②Connecting terminal;


  ③External thread joint;


  ④Temperature sleeve.


   1.2.8 The diameter of the temperature measuring element protection tube of the integral temperature transmitter is 6 mm, the material is 316 stainless steel, the process interface is ½ "NPT-M, and the electrical interface is ½ "NPT-F.


   1.2.9 When the temperature is in the range of -200-400 degree , Pt100 platinum thermal resistance transmitter is generally used. The high temperature measuring instrument above 400 degree adopts thermocouple transmitter, which has automatic cold junction temperature compensation function and non-linear correction circuit. Offshore oil and gas production devices usually use Pt100 platinum thermal resistance transmitters, non-isolated type installed on site, the transmitter module is epoxy resin encapsulated, with cold junction compensation and nonlinear correction, LCD display, with flameproof junction box .


  1.2.10 The integrated digital display temperature transmitter has two display modes: LCD display temperature transmitter uses two-wire system output; LED display temperature transmitter uses three-wire system output. Generally use LCD to display two-wire temperature transmitter.


  1.2.11 Intelligent temperature transmitter: output 4-20mA DC signal, and superimpose communication in accordance with H A R T standard protocol. It can communicate with the host computer through the HART modem, or with the handheld device and the PC to remotely manage the model, index number, and range of the transmitter, and perform remote information management, configuration, variable monitoring, calibration and maintenance, and adjust the transmitter according to actual needs.   1.3 Pressure measurement


1. 3. 1 Selection of pressure range. When measuring stable pressure, the maximum working pressure should not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement. When measuring pulsating pressure, the maximum working pressure should not exceed ½ of the upper limit of measurement. At high pressure, the maximum working pressure should not exceed 5/3 of the upper limit of the measurement. Generally, the minimum value of the measured pressure should not be lower than 1/3 of the upper limit of the instrument measurement. The pressure gauge housing should be weatherproof, made of 316 stainless steel, with a burst back plate or burst disc (or for pressure relief) on the back of the meter, and the diaphragm material is 316 stainless steel. The pressure gauge installed on the disc should have a built-in case with an axial pressure connection tube at the back, and should not have a range shift mechanism.


  1.3.6 The connection size of the pressure gauge is ½"N PT. An isolation valve with a relief and test port should be installed at the interface of all pressure gauges. The valve is 316 stainless steel.


   1.3.7 The micro pressure gauge should be of bellows type.


   1.3.8 The on-site pressure regulator shall have an indicator to indicate the pressure of the process, and shall have an anti-integral saturation, automatic and manual non-disturbance switch.


   1.3.9 All regulators must adopt the migration range to obtain the maximum accuracy and good control effect.


   1. 3. 10 The measuring element of the pressure switch is determined to use Bourdon tube, bellows or diaphragm according to the use occasion and pressure. The measuring element is made of 316 stainless steel. The set point is adjustable, and the pressure switch is an instantaneous double-pole double

  ①Accuracy ±0.1 percent


  ②Reproducibility ±0.05 percent


  ③Temperature influence ±0.1 percent (every 10 degree change in temperature)


   1. 3. The detection element of the 15 differential pressure transmitter is usually a bellows type, made of 316 stainless steel, and should be:
